Living in denial

Living in denial is not a healthy way to live
When you are in denial that means you negate what you feel
Of course you are used to negating your feelings
because all this while
you face much disapproval whenever you express your feelings

I’d rather face and accept the ugly truth rather than live in denial
Once I have accepted the painful truth then I go through my grieving period
What’s my next step post grieving stage?
I try to acquire new skills to deal with the ugly truth
